What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, Google pay, Shop pay and PayPal.

 

Do I need to sign up/make an account to place an order?

No you don’t. You can purchase and checkout as a guest.

 

Do you offer customisation on your products?

Yes we do. You will need to send via email modernmix07@gmail.com all the details and any pictures you want as long as they are not copyright and you are authorised to use the picture.

 

Can I cancel or edit my order once payment has been accepted?

Yes, you can cancel your order or make changes to an order after submitting it--as long as it hasn't entered the fulfilment stage yet. If your order has already started fulfilment, product changes or cancellation won't be available.

We will fully refund a cancelled order.

If you wanted to add items to an order you would need to place a new order as we don’t store payment details.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

 

What are your shipping fees?

Our shipping fees are calculated on your location and size of the order and is available on checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally? Are there any extra charges?

Yes we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs will be higher and can vary by destination and may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes which you are responsible to pay. International orders may take longer to process due to customs paperwork.  Costs and time will be calculated at checkout.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged or mislabelled product please email us within 7 days with an order no#, a detailed description of the issue and photo's showing the problem and we will be happy to assist.

We offer a free replacement if you receive a damaged product or was mislabelled.

Any damaged or mislabelled product must be returned in the same condition as you received it together with any packaging. We will advise the return address via email. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at modernmix07@gmail.com 

 

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Refunds or an exchange are only offered to customer’s that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply please contact us at modernmix07@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.

It is very rare but it’s possible an order was mislabelled. If that’s the case then we will  reship the correct size or issue a refund.

 

What is you return policy?

We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size ordered.

We make each item on demand so requesting  a new size exchange would mean producing an entirely new Product.

Each item has a size guide attached, so PLEASE make sure to check your correct size before you order.
